We're looking for a Pastry Chef to join our café team. This role is weekdays only (no weekends) and focuses on preparing and baking high-quality pastries, slices, cakes, and baked goods for daily service.
What you'll do
* Bake and prepare pastries, slices, cakes, muffins, and breads for the café.
* Create new recipes and seasonal specials.
* Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety standards.
* Manage stock, minimise waste, and ensure products are ready fresh each day.
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker (café/bakery preferred).
* Creative, reliable, and organised with attention to detail.
* Ability to work early mornings and manage time well.
* Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
