Service Delivery Manager – Embedded Networks (Energy)

Own the end-to-end delivery of embedded network services across a fast-growing portfolio. You’ll be the operational heartbeat—leading a high-performing team, lifting supplier performance, and ensuring compliance—while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This role sits on LPE’s Extended Leadership Team and contributes to strategy, cadence, and board-level reporting.
Key Accountabilities of the Team:
- Own end-to-end onboarding—from Sales handover to “go live” and first bill—ensuring complete data, accurate pricing/charges, meter contracts and IWA completion notices.
- Meet regulatory targets with zero adverse findings across ENM/ENO obligations.
- Lift customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery and clean handovers.
- Develop a reporting cadence (with the CCO) to track: site acquisition, energy/site procurement, asset & stock control, onboarding accuracy & speed, retention/contract cycles and offboarding.
- Liaise with Sales to monitor the expected sales pipeline to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposal, contract and pricing documentation.
- Manage IWA infrastructure delivery with suppliers, body corporates and developers to LPE standards.
- Execute the energy procurement strategy (incl. progressive procurement), retail partner relationships, bulk contract management and periodic tariff/loss-factor reviews.
What You’ll Bring:
- Senior operations leadership in energy/utilities, embedded networks or adjacent infrastructure services.
- Proven command of regulatory compliance (AEMO/ENM/ENO or comparable frameworks).
- Commercial knowledge: portfolio profitability, bulk contracts, procurement strategy and vendor management.
- Track record lifting SLA performance across multi-vendor supply chains.
- Tools: Exposure to BlueBilling and Pipedrive helpful.
- People leadership that sets clear standards, coaches hard and celebrates wins.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, commerce, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
