Property Systems Administrator
Play a key role in supporting the effective management of Wodonga Council's property portfolio. As Property Systems Administrator, you'll provide high‐quality administrative, systems and coordination support across a diverse range of property activities—helping ensure our records, processes and transactions are accurate, compliant and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
* Lead property systems and data integrity: Maintain and administer Council's property systems, ensuring all lease, licence and asset information is accurate, current and compliant. Support data integrity, reporting and decision‐making.
* Coordinate leases and property transactions: Manage lease and licence administration end‐to‐end, including renewals, compliance tracking and documentation. Support acquisitions and divestments, ensuring processes align with legislative and Council requirements.
* Deliver high‐quality reporting and governance support: Prepare clear and accurate reports, correspondence and documentation to support property governance and decision‐making.
* Build relationships and improve processes: Work collaboratively with internal teams, tenants, community stakeholders and external providers to resolve enquiries, meet obligations and identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and processes.
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience in administration, ideally within property or a similar environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
* Qualification in Business Administration (or similar) is desirable.

Pre‐appointment requirements
* A copy of a recent National Police Check (less than 3 months).
* A current driver's licence.
* Evidence regarding right to work in Australia.
