We are seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Coordinator to play a key organisational role in strengthening BRHS's risk management, compliance and governance systems. The Contract: Ongoing, Full-Time, 80.0 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO The Role: As our Risk & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening organisational governance at BRHS. You'll coordinate our risk frameworks and registers, support accreditation and internal audit activities, assist in legislative compliance reporting, and help maintain strong business continuity planning. What We're Looking For: * Tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance or related field. * Minimum 3 years' experience in a Risk, Compliance or Governance role. * Public sector or healthcare experience preferred but not essential. * Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills. * Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders. * Knowledge of contemporary risk management frameworks (e.g. ISO‑31000) beneficial.
