Festive Season Sales Assistant Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team over the festive season. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a great attitude, and love providing exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on board.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with customers.
* Showcase strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
* Collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Maintain and replenish stock levels.
* Work collectively to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Support other team members to ensure business objectives are met.
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a fashion retailer or customer service environment (highly desirable but not essential).
* A genuine passion for interacting with customers.
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding customer needs.
* A positive and enthusiastic team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
* You are passionate about all things fashion.
* Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Availability to work extended trading hours, weekends, and public holidays from November to January.
