Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a vision and direction for the Environment market in alignment with GHD's wider regional and national/global blueprints.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying new opportunities and evolving existing ones.
* Contribute to GHD's reputation and profitability through outstanding performance on projects.

Requirements:
* Ability to create an enviable professional network of Environment sector leaders and decision makers.
* Specific expertise and experience in State & Federal government regulation, assessment and approvals, contamination and Remediation or other relevant technical discipline, Sustainability and ESG policy frameworks and implementation.
* Leading and converting strategic pursuits, proactive and inclusive leadership with proven ability to work and influence and support a diverse business.
* Commercial acumen and critical thinking ability, commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion and to advocate for equity.
