Job Description:
* We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Sales teams.
* Responsibilities include coordinating the day-to-day management of the Field Sales teams, supporting the Customer Marketing team with various components of the field activation plans, and providing administrative support to dedicated Field sales teams.
* Additionally, you will assist the Sales Operations Manager with the delivery of all toolkit requirements for the Field Sales teams, be across all details of the activation calendar, and communicate specific information in relation to activity to the Sales Teams.
* The successful candidate will have experience in strong administration skills or sales support role, proven experience using Sales Force or other CRM tools, and resourcefulness paired with a knack for problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to confidently prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines.
* Proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced environments, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Operations Managers, Customer Marketing teams, and Field Sales teams.
* Experience in managing competing priorities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
