As a Product Expert, you’ll:
- Represent Australia’s leading, design-driven appliance brands that set the benchmark in style and innovation.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative, premium service.
- Build meaningful relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while delivering on KPIs that reflect both performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide thoughtful, tailored advice by developing deep product knowledge and staying across the latest in design and technology.
- Support events, live demonstrations, and VIP activations that create memorable in-store experiences.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure every detail reflects our premium offering.
- Complete sales administration with accuracy, from quoting through to liaising with service, logistics, and supplier teams.
You’ll have -
- Previous experience in premium retail, sales, or customer service.
- A passion for design, innovation, and the home living sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features.
- High standards of professional presentation.
- Computer literacy, with Google Workspace experience highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work weekends in a vibrant showroom environment.
