Busselton is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Assistant Manager help drive it forward.
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day‑to‑day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that’s ready to deliver great results and embrace what’s ahead.
What you’ll be doing:
* Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement
* Take a hands‑on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered
* Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results‑driven culture
What you bring:
* Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* A proactive, hands‑on approach to store operations and team support
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
* A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence
* A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences
