Your new company is a bespoke manufacturer of products supplying the mining industry, focusing on product optimisation through R&D; and modification of equipment components. With a legacy spanning over a quarter of a century, they have solidified themselves as a trusted partner within the space.
**Your new role**
In your new role as a Sales & Marketing manager, your goal is to manage the sales strategy of the business and drive growth through effective stakeholder engagement. Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a team of sales & marketing professionals
- Driving sales & marketing performance by developing and coaching the sales team, utilising skilled sales processes as well as all tools available to drive business.
- Developing, commercialising & marketing innovative new products.
- Developing & implementing strategic sales plans to grow the business sustainably.
- Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A proven track-record of developing and managing a winning team.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the mining industry.
- Knowledge of OEM and export markets.
- Honesty and integrity in managing sales reporting and accurately communicating findings.
**What you'll get in return**
If successful, you will be rewarded with a salary package of $130k - $150k + Super, a fully maintained vehicle and bonuses, bringing your OTE up to $200k.
