Toolmaker (Maintenance Department)

Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate, modify, and repair precision tools, jigs, and fixtures using CNC and manual machining.
* Perform turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and surface finishing across various materials.
* Support maintenance teams by producing replacement parts and analyzing tooling-related failures.
* Ensure quality through precision measurement and compliance with safety standards.
* Collaborate with engineers to improve tool designs and mentor junior staff.
* What You Bring:
* Trade certification or apprenticeship in Toolmaking or Machining.
* Strong CNC programming and CAD/CAM skills.
* Expertise in machining processes and material properties.
* High attention to detail with micron-level precision.
* Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Bonus Skills:
* Fitting and assembly experience.
* Knowledge of automation and preventive maintenance programs
