Overview
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has awarded Football Australia hosting rights for the 2026 AFC Women\u2019s Asian Cup. This is Australia\u2019s second time hosting the event, following 2006, and after the success of co-hosting the 2023 FIFA Women\u2019s World Cup. You will be part of a Local Organising Committee (LOC) established to deliver the 2026 edition in Australia. The tournament will feature 12 nations in three groups of four. The goal is to celebrate women\u2019s football, promote multicultural Australia, and deliver legacy outcomes for football and Australian society. Your Next Big Match This role is fixed term until March 2026.
LOC Office Management
* Oversee office operations, maintain relationships with building management and suppliers.
* Manage office supplies, catering, technology, and staff support to meet office requirements.
* Ensure safety compliance, organise internal/external meetings, and coordinate office maintenance.
COO Office Support
* Provide administrative support including calendar management, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
* Manage SharePoint, databases, and contact lists; support events and hospitality management.
* Assist with travel arrangements, guest management, and financial tasks such as reconciling receipts and managing COO credit cards.
ELT Support
* Support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with administrative tasks, including meetings, travel, and logistics.
* Reconcile ELT credit card receipts and assist with Airwallex card management.
* Help organise AFC inspections, events, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth ELT operations.

Offside Conditions
* Full working rights in Australia (note: sponsorship is not available due to the fixed-term nature of the tournament)
* Working with children check (or state-based equivalent)
* International Criminal History Record for countries where you have resided for 12 months or more in the last 10 years (if applicable)
* Out of hours and weekend work as required
* Role based at Moore Park in Sydney
