About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team.
This is a part-time role that will see you providing vital IT support and troubleshooting to our clients. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
* Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to clients via phone, email and remote access
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
* Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and software
* Documenting all support activities and maintaining detailed records
* Working closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Providing training and guidance to clients on the use of various IT systems and applications
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and other common business software
* Familiarity with hardware maintenance and software installation/configuration
* Formal qualifications in IT or a related field would be highly regarded
