* Offer exceptional customer service to all members and casual users, fostering strong relationships.
* Set up and pack down equipment for classes, maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment.
* Drive promotions for prospective members and engage current members in retention activities, maximizing membership growth.
* Maintain gym equipment and facility cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security, creating a welcoming space for everyone.
* Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
