Senior Marketing Role in APAC
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the APAC region. This role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.

* The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on the APAC region, with a proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth.
* A deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including cultural, language, and go-to-market nuances, is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy, aligned to revenue goals and regional sales priorities.
* Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns, events, content localization, digital, ABM, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with regional Sales and Partner teams to understand pipeline needs and ensure campaign alignment to territory plans.
* Build and manage a regional campaign calendar that balances brand, product, and demand activities across priority markets.
* Partner with the global marketing team to localize messaging, positioning, and content for APAC audiences.
* Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and event partners to drive execution across key markets.
* Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, optimizing programs based on data-driven insights.
* Represent the voice of the region internally, advocating for market needs, competitive intel, and customer feedback.
Requirements
* 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on the APAC region.
* Proven track record of developing and executing marketing programs that deliver pipeline and revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including cultural, language, and go-to-market nuances.
* Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and product marketing.
* Excellent communication and project management skills; experience working across time zones and geographies.
* Fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot (or similar), and campaign performance tools.
