The Role An opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join the Sales Team at BDSS. As a Sales Administrator, you will be instrumental in providing support to the sales process. To succeed you will be meticulous in your attention to detail when inputting and transferring data across a range of tasks.
This role is based in Canning Vale, WA.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Assist account managers with administrative tasks and accurately transferring quote data into the CRM system
- General Sales administration support duties
- Database management and reporting
- Liaising with Operations team regarding product delivery timelines
- Undertaking other administration tasks as required
**What we are looking for**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrator or sales support role within an office environment
- Great attention to detail and precise data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, friendly phone manner
- Collaborative team player
**Desirable**:
- Experience in commercial furniture would be highly regarded
