Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities to grow market share. Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive growth across both supplier and customer networks. Contribute to defining and executing the sales strategy in alignment with the company’s direction. Pre-sales: Project-manage and coordinate the launch of new services with partners. Post-sales: Optimise ongoing service performance, promote value-add features, and drive revenue growth. Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring sustained success and satisfaction. Collaborate with the broader team on sales forecasting and budgeting. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to customers. Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and innovation in raw materials, technologies, and product concepts. Experience & Personal Attributes Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably within FMCG, food ingredients, or related B2B environments. Strong attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills. Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written—with strong presentation abilities. Customer-centric with a results-driven mindset.
