Our Role:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for process automation design and software development related to product development and customer project delivery.
* Lead engineering design and development, including preparation of design and development specifications.
* Develop PLC and advanced process control (APC) applications, HMI, and SCADA systems.
* Design machine process architecture and control system architecture.
* Develop and maintain standard product portfolio according to the product roadmap and create tailored solutions for customers.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Control Systems Engineers.
* Oversee the development and implementation of industrial control system standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
* Lead factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, and clients, to deliver successful projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field and at least 10 years of experience in control system engineering, preferably in bulk material handling or mineral processing industries.
The selected candidate will also possess strong leadership and project management capabilities, extensive knowledge of industrial process control design, network architecture, and MES/ERP integrations, as well as proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA, and APC systems.
