**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate and manage the effective review of project documentation including, proofing, editing and branding ensuring documents meet quality standards.Lead and manage continuous improvement activities, utilising strategic analysis and reporting of current and proposed future business processes in alignment with compliance assessment outcomes.
- Support document control by facilitating review cycles, submission to working parties and formal governance bodies, and finalisation and version control.
- Facilitate the coordination of relevant working groups to guide the successful implementation and adoption of key change and implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate risk and issue identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:
- Experience in an IM/ICT project environment, including risk management, reporting and budgeting, and an ability to coordinate the delivery of work packages.
- Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of program/project information, maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports. (SFIA : PROF: Level 2.)
- Knowledge of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2), and an ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work in a team environment developing effective relationships with stakeholders. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing, Collaborative working).
