Administration Officer | Community Mental Health | Townsville

* Employment Term: Permanent Full-Time (76 hours per fortnight)

* Location: Townsville

* Remuneration: $38.65 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join UnitingCare's Community Mental Health team based at our Aitkenvale Office in Townsville.

In this role you will support both the management and operational teams to meet operational objectives.

The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

* A range of general administrative and financial functions including Fleet Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Digital Technology and Procurement.

* Managing incoming calls for North and Far North Queensland

* Reception duties

* Booking Travel as required

What makes a difference for us?

* Minimum 2 years providing administrative support and assistance to management.

* Certificate IV in Business Administration, Event Management or other relevant qualifications

* You will have demonstrated ability to provide administrative support at a high level with good communication and interpersonal skills,

* Have the capacity to identify and resolve issues and a willingness to learn.

* Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
