Job description
Reporting directly to a General Manager, and as a key member of the agency's executive, you will play an important role in the effective leadership and management of the agency. You will contribute to the continued transformation of the agency and provide high level advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Minister.
We are looking for flexible and versatile leaders, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, sound judgement, strong customer focus and ability to engender respect and trust. Candidates must be driven to continuously learn, innovate and achieve outcomes in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment.
The agency is looking to fill National Manager roles in strategy, program management, service design, corporate and service delivery.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly desirable.
The roles may be filled on an ongoing or non-ongoing (fixed term) appointment.
A merit pool may be established to fill similar roles as they become available within an 18-month period.
Location
Consideration will be given to high quality candidates who reside in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Other locations may be considered by exception.
Salary and benefits
* The Senior Executive Band 1 level offers an attractive remuneration package, including 15.4% superannuation and salary packaging options.

* Generous leave provisions, including accruable annual leave of 23 days per year with the capacity to purchase an additional 4 weeks' annual leave per year after 12 months service.
* Accruable personal leave including sick and carers leave at 18 days per year.
