Job description:
* A OSS-ServiceNow CI/CD Architect need to streamlines development by integrating ServiceNow with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker to automate application deployment, testing, and version control.
* They utilize API-driven pipelines (using ServiceNow CI/CD Jenkins Plugins or GitHub Actions) for scoping apps, managing Automated Test Framework (ATF), and monitoring performance via NewRelic and security via Vectr, accelerating DevOps and reducing risk.
* ServiceNow CI/CD Architect Expertise: Implementing end-to-end DevOps for ServiceNow apps, moving beyond Update Sets to Scoped Applications.
* Source Control & Versioning (GitHub, Confluence): Managing Git branching strategies, pulling code, and documenting pipelines in Confluence.
* Pipeline Automation (Jenkins, Docker): Building Jenkins pipelines that run ATF, manage ART (Artifacts), and use Docker containers for build agents.
* Integration & Monitoring (NewRelic, Vectr, Jira): Tracking deployment metrics with NewRelic, ensuring security compliance with Vectr, and managing tasks/backlogs via Jira.
* API & Scripting: Leveraging ServiceNow CI/CD APIs to connect third-party tools.
