About the Role An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations department at ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position.What does the role look like?Supporting and reporting to the Director - Store Operations (DSO), this position will have a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role liaising with multiple stakeholders.Monitor upcoming team milestones, activities, and eventsCompile and present data and other reports as requestedMaintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision makingProvide support to the Director in a professional and efficient mannerAssist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidenceBuild and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and any relevant stakeholders.And the best part? What do we need from you Previous experience in a similar role supporting a Senior Manager/Executive or Store Operations experience is highly desirableIntermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency; particularly Excel and One NoteStrong organisation skills and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyMaintain high levels of confidentiality and strong relationships with stakeholdersAbility to make logical decisions and promptly action outstanding issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
