Job Description
The Return to Work Specialist role provides strategic return to work, recovery and independence advice to support the Claims teams. This opportunity enables specialist support and career growth in an exciting direction.
Main Responsibilities
* Support customers and clients with recovery, return to work (RTW) and return to health.
* Develop and support strategic return to work and recovery solutions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, medical professionals and Vocational Rehabilitation Providers throughout the recovery journey.
* Educate and inform stakeholders on the return to work process and legislative requirements.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Strategic return to work solutions developed and implemented.
2. Stakeholder engagement and education on return to work process and legislative requirements.
3. Customer and client satisfaction with return to work support.
4. Return to work and recovery outcomes achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience and/or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, vocational counselling or allied health.
* Able to work in a sensitive environment with compassion and professionalism.
* Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* A strategic mindset and approach to work.
* A strong sense of team and collaboration.
* A resilient attitude.
* Current Australian driver's license (full).
