Bulk Cooking/Mine Sites.
* Working in a team of approx. 3-6 people.
* Rotations of 2:1 or 3:1.
* Breakfast/Crib and Dinner

About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
* Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
* Can produce consistent quality
* Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
* Own traditional uniform and knives
* Have experience in quality a la carte dining
* Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
* Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
