You'll love this role if you enjoy working closely with leaders as they navigate complex issues and need clear, practical risk advice.
A big part of the role is understanding how work is actually playing out across the business, where controls are doing what they should, and where risk is starting to build. You'll review incidents and emerging issues, challenge thinking when something doesn't sit right, and help leaders work through what needs attention now versus what can be addressed over time.
You'll lead a team of three Risk Specialists and a Senior Analyst, setting the tone for how risk is applied across the business. At the same time, you'll stay hands‐on yourself, preparing reporting for senior leaders and Board committees, maintaining frameworks, and continuing to strengthen how risk is applied across teams.
