About The Role
You can expect to undertake duties including, but not limited to, Personal Care (full training and buddy shifts provided), Manual Handling, Social Support, Transport, Meal Preparation, Domestic Assistance at home, and Record Keeping.
Applicants should be aware that these positions involve shift work, including multiple shifts of varying durations throughout the day/night, and sleepover shifts with attractive penalty rates.
Casual positions may lead to Part-Time roles depending on availability and ongoing reliability.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Onboarding Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card, and a Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
A current Driver's License.
First Aid Certificate and CPR within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain.
NDIS Worker Quality Orientation (free via training.ndiscommission.gov.au).
Cootharinga can assist in obtaining necessary clearances if successful.
