Qualifications
* Previous leadership experience within a similar high-volume events or hospitality environment;
* Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding guest service experience;
* Ability to lead by example, train, coach and motivate and engage team members at the frontline;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
* Experience working with POS Database Systems and competent cash handling/management;
* Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks;
* Availability to be rostered across five days flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise SkyPoint Attendants during events, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest interaction.
* Lead day-to-day shift operations in our Bistro & Bar as well as in Guest Services, ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Manage staff breaks and ensure efficient rostering to maintain adequate service coverage at all times.
* Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating key operational updates, menu changes, and daily objectives to the team.
* Oversee event setup, operation, and pack down. Manual handling tasks are heavily included in this position.
* Provide training for event and F&B staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet event demands.
* Ensure venue and event spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after events.
