Your Role
As you step into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position, you will:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with guidance and support as needed;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients;
* Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
* Work on both existing accounts and new business development opportunities;
* Provide career guidance, interview coaching, and CV advice to candidates;
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM;
* Collaborate with and learn from high-performing consultants;
* Continuously develop your skills, confidence, and commercial capability.
About You
* Experience as a Talent Coordinator, Resourcer, Recruitment Administrator, or Recruiter
* Eager to step into or further develop within a 360 recruitment role
* Strong communicator with a genuine interest in people and relationships
* Motivated and hungry to grow your career
* Professional, organised, and keen to work in a high-performing environment
