In this key role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and developing opportunities within the architecture, design, and project sectors.
About the Opportunity:
* Leverage your network to drive project specifications and manage existing client accounts with a solutions-based approach
* Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored client proposals and own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presenting, quoting, and pipeline management
* Maintain accurate records and sales reporting, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
Your Background:
* Proven success in business development, territory sales, or account management
* A strong network or experience working with architecture & design firms, project coordinators, or fit-out consultants is essential
* Tertiary qualifications in business, design, or a related field are well regarded
The Ideal Candidate:
* Commercially savvy, strategic thinker with a consultative sales style and excellent communication skills
* A self-motivated, organised individual able to work independently and as part of a team
* An Australian driver's licence is required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop opportunities within the A&D, healthcare, and aged care sectors
2. Develop and execute quarterly territory development plans
3. Create and deliver tailored client proposals
