Trailer Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Trailer Mechanic to join our busy transport workshop. This role is focused on the maintenance, servicing, and repair of trailers within a fast-paced transport environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, and repairs on trailers
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with WHS requirements
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Work collaboratively with workshop staff and management to meet operational deadlines
About You
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
* Trade qualification in Trailer Mechanics / Heavy Vehicle or Commercial Trailer Servicing & Repairs (essential)
* Proven experience servicing and repairing trailers
* Strong mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
* Forklift Licence
* Working at Heights and EWP tickets
