We're looking for a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our superstar team based in Sydney, more specifically to service the northern beaches and north shore.
What you'll do
•Patient Hero: Prescribe personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
•Data Dynamo: Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports to share with relevant stakeholders.
•Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with established referral network to strengthen existing relationships.
•Collaborator: Work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team including specialists, GP's, vocational rehab, injury managers and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless operations and stellar patient care.
