Defence Governance and Reporting Officer
As a Defence Governance and Reporting Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring project teams adhere to governance requirements. This position focuses on program-level progress and strategic alignment.

* Schedule, facilitate, and track decisions and actions from governance meetings (e.g., steering committees, program boards).
* Coordinate program input into governance forums including Integrated Project Team, Program Steering Group.
* Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to provide governance updates.
* Coordinate risk communications with the Risk Officer to align with governance strategy.
* Develop governance knowledge and skills within program staff to ensure knowledge retention within the branch.
