We currently have an opportunity for a Project Delivery Officer to join our team. This position provides support to Project Delivery Managers, who provide project management services to the Australian Defence sector.
The role may require frequen t interactions with internal and external stakeholders including: internal Downer teams, the Client, the Customer, Estate Management & Planning, Base Management and Service Delivery Partners.
What you'll bring
Previous project administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience preparing project documents, with high-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Teams.
Experience recording and writing project meeting minutes.
Ability to be able to read and interpret financial forecasting data.
Strong customer focus and proven client liaison skills.
Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar would be highly desirable.
Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australia citizenship mandatory).
White Construction Card (or the ability to obtain) & an unrestricted Drivers Licence.
Ability to work in a team environment, whilst being able to manage workload and work independently as required. Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace, with tight deadlines.
