Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience through effective collaboration with the service team
* Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, and basic servicing tasks under close supervision
* Develop skills in diagnostic tool utilization and automotive software systems
* Undertake a comprehensive training program in electric vehicle technology
* Engage in Tesla-specific training through our global learning platform
* Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, assist with daily operations, and ensure vehicle cleanliness
* Gain knowledge of all Tesla models, service procedures, and safety standards
Essential Requirements
* Completed secondary education
* Full Australian work rights
* Eligibility to enroll with a registered training organization (RTO)
* A valid driver's license
* Passion for automotive technology, mechanics, and electric vehicles
* Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
* Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities
