About You
We seek passionate, driven, and creative individuals who demonstrate:
A lead-by-example attitude, fostering collaboration and inclusion
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in high-end and fast-paced kitchens
Ability to manage stock levels effectively
Interest in sustainable practices and farm-to-table sourcing
Respect for health and safety procedures
Natural leadership skills, including supporting junior team members
