A leading Australian enterprise is seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join its high-performing Platform Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, particularly across Windows and HANA platforms, and SFDC integrations.
As a key contact for technical system inquiries and support requests from Delivery teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth platform operations—especially during the onboarding of new Data Virtualization and Data Scrambling tools. We're seeking someone with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Support SAP Basis administration across Windows and HANA environments
* Manage and troubleshoot SFDC (Salesforce) integrations
* Act as the technical liaison for delivery teams regarding platform issues and user support
* Assist in onboarding new tooling for data virtualization and scrambling
* Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and overall SAP environment stability
Key Skills & Experience :
* 2+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
* SAP NetWeaver and/or HANA certification (preferred)
* Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and conversions
* Solid understanding of the NetWeaver stack, HANA DB, HA / clustering
* Exposure to storage systems, FIORI, and Single Sign-On integration
* Basic knowledge of Azure functionality
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps mindset
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
