Each local pub is as rich and unique as the characters within it. As a Kitchen Attendant at Balaclava Hotel you will play a critical role in enabling kitchen functionality and efficiency, operating in a fast‑paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
A Day In The Life Of a Kitchen Attendant
* Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader.
* Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards.
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance.
About You
* You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks.
* You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
* You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver.

Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
