The Beekeeper is a traditional British pub, set in Bondi's oldest sandstone building, fully restored with original fireplaces, hard wood floors and beautiful original pressed metal ceilings. Over looking the hustle and bustle of Bondi's busy Hall street, The Beekeeper aims to whisk you to the North of England for a hand pumped pint of ale and some good ole pub grub. Menu favourites such as Scotch eggs, Cumberland pinwheel sausages and of course a cracking Sunday Roast.
What we're looking for
Talented career driven individuals with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role.
The ideal candidates will have experience dealing with:
* Maintaining and implementing menu at high quality
* Under-going R&D into new menu items and specials.
* Compliance with food and safety protocols
* Ensuring a clean and safe workspace
* Managing day to day operations of kitchen
Formal culinary training would be beneficial, alongside first aid and food safety supervisor certification, however none are imperative.
