Project Coordinator - Commercial Build Projects

The Role:
* A Project Coordinator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all project coordination responsibilities for a diverse range of commercial build projects.
* You will be responsible for procurement, package and negotiation of sub-contracts through to final account.
* Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint.
* Monthly budget management and reporting.
* Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent.
* A track record in Contract Administration gained over 3+ years with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential.
* An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
