Concrete Supervisor

ALH Construction Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team, specialising in high-end residential and architectural concrete projects.
We deliver formwork and concrete services, with a strong focus on off-form finishes and quality workmanship. With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects and deliver to a high standard.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role managing a concrete crew across various sites.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning and coordinating day-to-day site activities
* Leading and supervising a team of concreters and subcontractors
* Managing pours ensuring high-quality finishes
* Problem solving on-site and keeping jobs moving
* Acting as the key point of contact for builders and clients
* Maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who takes accountability and can run a job, not just work on one.
* Strong experience in residential concreting
* Proven experience supervising or leading a team
* Experience with off-form / architectural concrete (highly regarded)
* Ability to problem solve and make decisions on-site
* Confident communicating directly with builders and clients
* Well-presented and professional on-site
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to read and interpret plans
* Current driver's licence (essential)
* Valid White Card
* Certificate III in Concreting
