Job Summary
The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the branch's administrative functions to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage data entry, processing, and reporting tasks to meet deadlines and standards.
* Oversee administrative functions to comply with operational standards and key performance indicators.
* Lead and support team members to achieve productivity and performance goals.
* Liaise with the Branch Manager to resolve issues and optimize procedures.
* Deliver exceptional customer service through timely in-person interactions.
* Maintain awareness of and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
* Perform additional duties as delegated by Management.
About You
* Proven experience in supervising an office administration team to maintain a well-organized environment.
* Able to effectively direct and lead by example to promote a productive team-based operation.
* High level of competency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong keyboard skills.
