We're seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Retail Transformation on a 12- month Fixed Term Contract to drive transformational change, innovation, and strategic initiatives across our retail stores.
The Role You Could Play: 
Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you'll play a critical role in bringing to life Mecca's strategy, overseeing a broad range of retail projects, and ensuring our retail function delivers on its objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving change, improving processes, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities: 
- Program Management: Lead the successful program management and governance of retail projects and initiatives. Develop and implement best-in-class systems, processes, and tools to be used across all of the retail portfolio.- Change & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless integration of retail transformation strategies. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy.- Strategy & Transformation: Lead the development of retail strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices and frameworks like QBR and OKR to ensure alignment with business goals.- Chief of Staff: Guide and support the Retail Leadership Team in an efficient and impactful manner. Own the calendar, facilitate meetings, and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership. Ensure that all team activities are aligned with the company's vision.
What you will Bring: 
There is no doubt that extensive prior retail experience will be advantageous is this role, coupled with at least 5 years of managing large scale change including technology transformations. Further, we are looking for: 
- Expertise in project management, change management, and data analysis- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills- Deep understanding of retail operations and customer experience- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels- Excellent organizational, planning, and strategic thinking capabilities- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to think strategically- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
