We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management expert to lead the management of our convention centre's assets, services and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and operational knowledge to ensure safe, sustainable and reliable infrastructure for events.
This is an opportunity for a collaborative leader to join our executive team and oversee the performance of building systems, including HVAC, energy management, compliance and contractor coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic advice on future capital investment, overseeing preventative maintenance and asset performance to meet evolving client needs.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, experience in facilities management, building operations and contractor oversight.
About This Role:
 * Lead Performance of Building Systems: Oversee the performance of building systems, including HVAC, energy management, compliance and contractor coordination.
 * Strategic Advice: Provide strategic advice on future capital investment.
 * Maintenance and Asset Performance: Oversee preventative maintenance and asset performance to meet evolving client needs.
 * Contractor Oversight: Ensure effective contractor oversight and management.
 * Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans.
 * Sustainability: Promote sustainability practices throughout the organisation.

 * Experience: 10+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations and contractor oversight.
