About the Role
As a casual Vet Nurse, you'll play a vital role supporting our veterinarians and nursing team across a variety of shifts, including leave cover and busy periods. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while still being part of a close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with surgical procedures and anaesthesia monitoring
Patient care, hospitalisation and recovery
Blood draws, IV catheter placement and laboratory work
Nurse consults and client education
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient clinic environment
What We're Looking For
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in a small animal clinic preferred
Strong clinical and animal handling skills
A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate, reliable and proactive approach
