Job Title: Senior Risk Governance Leader
RAC is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our risk governance framework. This role will focus on driving business resilience, improving risk maturity, and enhancing compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role
* Develop and implement effective risk management strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to build awareness and capability around risk and compliance.
* Enhance and embed RAC's Insurance Risk & Compliance Frameworks, including policy and incident management tools.
* Lead system oversight and prioritisation for the Risk & Compliance platform.
* Foster a strong culture of risk-awareness across the organisation.
Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading risk teams in financial services or regulated industries. They should have a proven track record in developing frameworks, writing high-quality reports, and translating compliance into practical guidance.
