We are seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our team over the Christmas period.
As a Sales Ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service and help customers find their perfect books. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products from our extensive range of books, gifts, and stationery.
You will also offer our Booklover Program to every customer, providing them with great benefits when shopping with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide superior levels of service to every customer, every time they shop
* Help customers find their perfect books and promote products from our range
* Offer the Booklover Program to every customer
* Keep the store fully stocked, work on the registers, and assist in all duties involved in working in a busy retail store
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a retail sales environment
* Previous experience achieving personal KPIs and contributing to meeting store KPIs
* Demonstrated knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
* Keen on learning about our products
* Ability to provide quick, accurate, and detailed work
* Ability to lift up to 15kgs
* Self-motivated and team orientated
Working Hours:
Flexible availability across 7 days a week.
