Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents.
The successful candidate will lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements.
This leadership role requires a strong focus on operational planning, budgeting, and resource management, as well as building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualification
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* At least 5 years of highly relevant employment experience in nurse leadership/management roles
* In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and AN-ACC processes
* Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight
* A collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
