Your responsibilities include ensuring all group requirements are met through best practices for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE). You will collaborate with the Banquets Operations Team and Chefs to ensure the Food and Beverage offerings and service delivery exceed client and guest expectations. Additionally, you will actively promote the hotel and brand through community and professional involvement, contributing to a positive work environment. What we need from you: Higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Event Management Minimum 1 year of high-quality events experience with a proven track record of success in driving repeat business Proficiency in systems such as Delphi and Opera is favorable; experience with detail-oriented systems is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible and adaptable working approach A friendly and professional manner How do I deliver this?
