We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and friendly administrator/accounts assistant to join our team at O'Connor Harris & Co, Pty Limited.

Key Roles:
Your key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
* Operational support: Ensure the day-to-day operations of the practice run smoothly and efficiently.
* Financial Administration: Covering Invoicing, debtors, creditors, banking, reconciliations, and debt collecting.
* Accreditation: Assist in maintaining standards for general practice required by the ACT Law Society.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Confidence with MS Office and general office technology
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a very strong team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Assist with policy updates, quality assurance tasks, and audit preparation
